Workout At Home-Skip The Gym! (Killer Routines)

When it comes to an amazing workout routine, we often think that we need to spend crazy money on an expensive gym membership when that’s really not the case! Whether you’re tight on money or tired of excuses, working out at home can get you the body you want without the whole “Going out in public” thing.

When it comes to working out at home, it is always better if you do at least have “some” equipment. Even if it is just a door pull-up bar or a roll out wheel, in this case more is better.

However, I do understand that not everyone has the money or time to buy/setup new equipment. With that being said, all you are going to need to workout today is your phone!

The workouts I will be providing today are short and intense but will yield some substantial results! (Trust me I’ve used them myself 😉 We will find all of these workouts on YouTube and I will provide the links, so without further ado let’s get into it!

This workout is amazing for those of you who want to build some strength and explosivity but you don’t have a squat rack! This one is quite intense and will definitely have you on the ground afterwards! It’s pretty great for cardio as well!

So on this blog post you are going to seeing A LOT of Anabolic Aliens and for good reason. I personally have never been through an Anabolic Aliens workout where I haven’t been absolutely gassed afterwards! These ones are killer, don’t underestimate them!

This is another workout from Austin Dunham and it has been one that I absolutely adore. I used to do this one a lot and the results did not fail me, give it a try!

I can promise I am not exaggerating when I say that this workout has been one of the hardest hitters that I have EVER done! You will be feeling this all over your stomach and you can be sure that you wont be dissapointed!

This one is amazing for those of you who don’t quite have the stamina to go a full 5 minutes and are just getting started! Even for me as a finisher this workout can be quite challenging, so go for it!

This is BY FAR the hardest home chest workout that I have ever done. The best part? It’s only 5 minutes, even better? Anyone can do it! You can adjust it to fit your style and I can guarantee that you will feel it.

Rather than just focusing on the chest, this one focuses on every part of the upper body like the triceps, biceps, chest, and even the forearms! This one is absolutely killer and is a great time, but warning, it’s not easy 😉

To finish off our list, we have this routine from Austin Dunham. For those of you who are looking to build muscle and explosivity, this workout is definitely for you. It definitely is not easy but the results are awesome and it’s only 5 minutes!
